Do You Want More Sex From Your Lesbian Partner?

Do You Want More Sex From Your Lesbian Partner?
March 4, 2016

I read a lot of books and in those books they always find true love and have perfect sex. But what if the love is true and the sex is boring?

My partner isn't as interested in sex as I am. She makes me feel like a nymphomaniac and I swear I'm not.

What do I do?

Sincerely,

Too Much

How Do I Keep My Wife Satisfied When My Libido Took A Hike Due To Pregnancy?
February 26, 2016

Dear Thalia,

I'm expecting a child in a few months, and I have lost all desire for sex.

My wife has had two children and i know that when she was pregnant, she was insatiable and constantly in the mood. I feel bad for rejecting her advances, but i just don't want sex! I've talked to her about it and she always says "It's fine." but i think she is just trying to make me feel better.

How do I make her realize that i still want her without becoming a tease?

Sincerely,

Expecting

Help! I'm Thirty-Two Years Old And I've Never Had An Orgasm
February 19, 2016

Dear Thalia,

I'm nearly thirty-two years old and I've never had an orgasm. I have had sex with one man (well lad) in the past, before I came out, and basically did it because I was trying to be straight. Yeah that didn't work. It was basically uncomfortable and painful each of the few times it happened.
Since coming out about eight years ago I haven't even attempted to date. This is for two reasons. The first is I'm disabled and it's hard to get out. The second, and probably the biggest reason, is because I am worried about sex.

If I can't even give myself an orgasm how could I please someone else?

I read a lot, and most of the books have sex scenes in them. And while I enjoy these scenes, I just don't really feel aroused or the need to touch myself. I sometimes get wet but I don't feel anything else.

I have touched myself and used a few different vibrators, but I've done that more because I want to have an orgasm and know what it's like. Not because I feel the need to do it. I find it pleasurable especially with a vibrator but I still don't orgasm. I feel like I'm getting close but then it just goes away and I get frustrated with myself. I guess I have a few issues going on here.

What should I do?

Sincerely,

Too Tense and Confused

How Do I Keep Myself And My Partner Intimate And Connected After Menopause?

How Do I Keep Myself And My Partner Intimate And Connected After Menopause?
February 12, 2016

Dear Thalia,

I'm a femme lesbian in a committed relationship with a butch. I love my partner and crave her touch and to be near her. I have gone through (early) menopause due to a complete hysterectomy. My desire and sex drive is low at best and sex is often painful (penetration of any kind, despite copious amounts of lube) -- ideas on how to keep us both intimate, connected and sexual?

Sincerely,

GrrlNextDoor

How Do I Bring Love Back Into My Life Now That I'm In A Wheelchair?
February 5, 2016

Dear Thalia,

I was in an accident a year and a half ago that left me paralyzed from the hips down. How does one enter back into the dating world when I am still learning how my body is now?

Are there other women that will date someone in a wheelchair and see them for the person that they are and not the chair that they have to be in?

Sincerely,

Love and Life

How Do I Safely Enter The BDSM Scene When I Move To A New Town?
January 31, 2016

Dear Thalia,

I recently moved to the Bay area from a small town on the east coast to teach dance.

I'm 32 and have dated older butch women exclusively since college, when I came out and I'm a total femme. I'm starting to experiment with the BDSM scene, leather etc.

What advice would you have for me to stay safe as I explore the BDSM scene in my new town?

Sincerely,

All Tied Up

How Do I Find The Right Toy Store To Visit?
January 1, 2016

My girlfriend and I have been talking about spicing up our lovemaking routine with a toy. Neither one of us has any experience with any toys so we're totally overwhelmed.  Where do we start?

Why Do I Have To Pee After Sex?

Why Do I Have To Pee After Sex?
December 22, 2015

Dear Thalia,

Every time I have sex I have to jump up and run to the bathroom and pee immediately afterward. This drives my girlfriend nuts because she wants to cuddle in the afterglow of lovemaking.  But I just can't stay.  I have to go and listen to her protests the whole time.  I totally get what she's saying.  It destroys the mood when I jump up and run away.  What causes the urge and is there anything I can do stop it?

Sincerely,

Flushing
