Duty vs Love. At first glance, we might be inclined to think mere mortals don't face this dilemma. But what about boss/co-worker? Or lover vs the children? Rachel Cross (JL Gaynor) faces duty vs love on steroids in Ascension. But I'm willing to bet at some point in our lives, most of us have faced this. What were you willing to do for love?

Rachel is the leader of the Sisterhood of the Guardianship who's mission is to protect innocent humans from evil vampires who violate a centuries-old treaty.

Due to the sensitive nature of her position, she was not able to visit us in person. So we spoke to her from an undisclosed location via a secure line. As such, we apologize for the unusual background noise not typically present in our episodes.
